It's been a short while since I posted... but the forum is pretty quiet at the moment, so nows the time for a spot of promotion

We're looking to appoint a 7th UK call centre - needs to be smallish to handle more specific hot key transfer requests (remos and the like), 25-40 seat in size... If you have a recommendation, then please email me as below.

The conversion for our hot keys is sensational at the moment if I do say so! As such we are all out of DM's, in fact we are completely over subscribed, we are moving capacity up from 350 a day to 550 but its going to take a couple of weeks, so if anyone can supply UK generated DM's in the meantime - with a full return policy then please get in touch asap...

I'm also looking for fresh data for the cc's to call.
