Dear Affiliates,

this is a very important notice for all ACF Car Finance Affiliates.
Please read our new keywords policy:


Allowed is

For Generic:
• Keyword-bidding and the use of AdWords advertising on Google or other search engines is permitted.
• It is allowed to use any keywords and any advert text (inc. brand in title).

For ACF Brand:
• Keyword-bidding and the use of AdWords advertising on Google or other search engines is permitted.
• It is not allowed to use brand keywords like "ACF" in title of text ads' (AdWords). Bidding on keywords is permitted as long as ACF Car Finance is not overbid.

For YCC Brand:
• Keyword-bidding and the use of AdWords advertising on Google or other search engines is permitted.
• It is not allowed to use brand keywords like "YCC" or "Yes Car Credit" in title of text ads' (AdWords). Bidding on keywords is permitted as long as ACF Car Finance is not overbid.


Restrictions

• It is not allowed to use other brands - especially those of ACF Car Finance competitors in text ads (AdWords) for ACF Car Finance
• Furthermore it is not permitted to use display URLs like "www.acfcarfinance.com" or their combinations and misspellings as well as the use of their sub-domains.
• The declaration of prices and/or online-bonus is not allowed as well as the announcement of products and services that are not offered by ACF Car Finance.
• Any brand references in ad text must be "ACF" or "ACF Car Finance" - the word "Approved" must not appear in ads as is it is in contravention to the client's policies (e.g. "ACF Car Finance" is a suitable title, but "Approved Car Finance" is not)

Email/Newsletter Policy

• Mass and spam mailing is prohibited.
• E-mails and newsletters including the term "ACF" or "ACF Car Finance" require a written approval.


All sales or leads generated by illegal acts are invalid. ACF serves the right to indemnification in case of misuse.
