I am almost on the verge of agreeing to promote a forex downloader whereby users may trade on currencies via the markets in:

Tokyo Market Hours: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am EST
New York Market Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
London Market Hours: 3:00 am to 12:00 noon EST
Sydney Market Hours: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am EST

The merchant also permits users to use the software for practice trades to get the hang of things as it follows the actual markets. So that way users can get the hang of things before trading online for real.

I intend to get back to the merchant not so much as to link to their site but to get a working whitelabel version.

What regulatory requirements would my UK Limited Company have to comply with in offering this via a foreign company. All trades will go via their platform, the user downloads software enabling integration with that platform, I want a whitelabel site with download functionality. Am I required to have any licencing my end?

The company concerned is registered in Cyprus and within the EU. I am checking on their licencing but from a promoter point of view, as I am providing the download and the registration form with seamless integration, what licencing requirements do I need or what should I display in the form of advisory content that relates to the merchant and their regulatory commitments?
