Tried to find a related previous thread but couldnt find one - apologies. However I am...

Looking for call centres - not 3rd Party Brokers/Resellers - To purchase IVA hotkey leads.

Standard criteria of Leads

-Interested In an IVA

-Homeowner OR tenant

-Minimum £15,000 Unsecured debt

-Employed (P/t is OK), but private pension is OK

-Minimum of 3 unsecured creditors (not including car finance or any other HP, Mortgage etc)

- Must be an even spread of debt (eg- one creditor cannot have a 75% share of total debt)

-Loans must NOT be less than 12 months old

-MUST be unable to meet loan/credit card repayments OR using credit to pay credit i.e. having problems

-Disposable income greater than £250 (This will require discussion about the calculation)

-For a homeowner equity must not be greater than unsecured debt

-Must be UK citizen

-Not been in an IVA before

-Not bankrupt.

All leads passed must meet each criteria.

Would be looking to purchase in the next Fortnight.

Its not our bag Hotkey leads, but out of interest how much are you willing to pay for leads that meet this criteria?

What happens if they fall short of the criteria? do you try and sell a debt man plan, or just invaildate it?

Depending on the size of call centre we deal with (i.e.quality) we pay around £50-£100 per lead. Any unqualified leads i.e. not meeting criteria are returned. Return is not high enough to do DM lead with them.

We generate many hundreds of Hot Keys transfers per day, mostly IVA/DM's. However, we only supply to resellers within the industry and not to direct clients.

The criteria you've requested isn't outside of common scope and would include a full replacement policy for out of criteria or genuine n interest. All our leads are recorded too.

Out of curiosity why would you want hot-key leads as opposed to genuine and fresh online generated leads whereby the client has requested debt help?
If worked properly contact ratio in excess of 90% and if generated properly a conversion ratio in excess of 20%.

we have seen higher conversion rates, 40% upwards with hot keys.

how much 'out of curiousity' would the online generated leads cost?
