Just got an extended discount on a data source which may be of interest.

Less than 65% LTV £4.50+vat Approx 100 records available now and approx 50wk ongoing.
The minimum fields are;

Amount, Purpose, Name, Address, postcode, DOB, House Value & MTG balance (in most cases), home phone, mobile phone, marital status, current MTG payment, income.

Decline data is very very very very rarely worth more than £1/record when it is beyond 10 days old. If your paying more than that, for those fields, then I'd have a hunt around this forum. If you email me directly, I'll point you in the right direction - for nothing more than a tip of the hat

We have built up a large base of various different sources of various ages and types of loan declines to suit our clients needs. Its a shame that your experience of 2wk + data has not been very good. As you haven't ever tried our data, maybe you would like to test as we have many satisfied customers paying the rates that you have seen.

We do consider new options of data sources and would be interested to hear full details of the data you have recommended to see if it is appropriate for our client base.

Hi Rick,

The supplier has guaranteed that they will not sell the leads that they sell to BMS to any other company. We get exclusivity on all the leads. We can also guarantee that BMS will not sell any leads sold to one customer to another. This would go against the ethics of our company. Hope that gives you the assurance you need.

Loan Decline Data, Wanted For IVA’s And DM

Hi my names Jamie Greaves I am a Business Development Manager at a call centre based in Bradford, we have a nice sized tele-sales team who specialize in providing qualified debt management leads to some of the UK largest debt management companies we charge this companies cost per lead and a % commission cost, we have different working relationships with different debt companies.

With every debt management lead we also offer the option to put a claim in for miss-sold finance (PPI) to get an additional income and can get up to 35% of claim amount and an upfront cost for the claim through a claims management company we work with.

We have been spending money on loan decline data and still have not come across any good data to use for debt management, I am currently looking for partners to provide data that we can screen through our tele-sales teams and hot key to DM companies and also get PPI claims. We can handle massive quantities of leads there is a constant demand from DM companies for these type of leads.

We are currently looking for any partners that would like to join our revenue share scheme in regards to supplying data. We are offering a 50% commission split on all the profit we make from use of your data, I am able to come meet any data providers anywhere in the UK to discuss a long term working relationship that could be a benefit to both companies.
