In my experience there is little, if any value in this data.
If you agree 150 DM cases you should be expecting 50%-60% to pay, the other 40%-50% just drop off for whatever reason.
That's what it was like when I worked in the industry anyway.
My company send about 150 Debt Man packs out per month, of which about 50-60 are returned.
The other 90-100 aren't returned for whatever reason. Is there any value in these?
Obviously the information would include all customer details, the agreed monthly pmt and the first three unsecured creditors.
