Afternoon all

Mate of mine runs a property development company and want lots of lead to sell villas and appartments in cyprus and wants to know how he needs to pay you boys per lead

He has a site but happy to build another one that is more conversion for leads driven, we have no aff scheme setup yet but can do in house or via a network.

What should he be paying per lead to get volume

More than 5 pounds per short form with name, email and telephone no. requesting a callback chat or address for information pack and it should be viable for an affiliate imo. Some property developers / listing sites will try and offer one or two pounds but a potential PPC affiliate can forget it and publishers would be better just sticking Adsense on a site instead of that to be honest. If you go for a CPA on booking an inspection trip then 60 pounds is what Bulgaria Forever offer on AF if I remember rightly. Commissions on sales work okay on a verbal introducer basis in small villages but I doubt that it's properly trackable from an online source. Anyway you're into the local agent territory there and their commissions can be large (if they're not developers themselves) so introducers in the specific areas can earn large commissions too. Personally I wouldn't be interested in any offer like that unless I was based in the specific area and had all local and online opportunities open to me.

You'll have to take care, obviously, as I'm sure there's a thousand and one rogue affs willing to swamp you with other people's info for a fiver a pop but you'll still need to validate leads very quickly if people are using PPC. It can be quite expensive and competitive across the board for foreign property, beit off plan new build or agents selling renovated places.

Most people looking for foreign property/business sites just like the eye candy and will probably never buy anywhere but Cyprus should see some renewed interest I think. Leaders in Greek and Turkish Cyprus have been talking about reunification again recently and it's back in the news and on people's radar for expat destinations.
