Hi

I have been put on to this forum by a fellow member and i am very interested to learn.

I am in the process of building a website that i want to encompass the most sort after finance areas, i.e. mortgages, remortgages, secured loans, unsecured loans, debt management, iva, pay day loans, cash loans etc etc. I want a one stop shop, (sorry to use the widely used phrase but it fits).

I have been advised that i need to build it with affiliate memberships to get the best rate per enquiry; so my question is who do i need to join to get the best rates and the fairest deals? What rates can i expect to receive per enquiry / per lead?

Do i or will i need to take the applications or can it be or is it automated?

Big questions i guess, i know and i don't want to upset any companies out there but as i say i am new to this and just need advice, (polite advice please).

Welcome to the forum!
You’ve certainly come to the right place for help, especially with the finance sector.
CPAN have all the programmes you are looking for, the price per application (CPL) varies between products.
Payday Loans are currently paying around £3 cpl, Unsecured applications around £4 cpl. Debt Management leads are £25 - £30, IVA £100, Bankruptcy £30.
New mortgage and Right to buy are paying £20 cpl with a bonus £30 on returned documents, Re- Mortgages are £75 cpl and a bonus £125 on returned Docs.
The Secured loans vary with the loan amounts and purpose, for example: Loan amount £7500 and above for any purpose except car and other is £60 CPL.

The applications can be taken via text links, banners or I frames, so no need to take the application yourself as it is all automated.

Payments are made around the 20th of every month for the previous months activity.
