Hey Rick,

I've been offered re-qualified leads quite a bit, and upon further investigation they are nearly always Indian generated in bulk and either transfered to a receiving company or a 'call back arranged'.

Then a UK centre contacts the person and if they are still interested then they are a lead. The original experience of the offshore outfit is typically poor, and the consumer has had different peple try to contact them a few times before they even get anywhere. I, personally, wouldn't be surprised if an interested consumer, has got themselves sorted elsewhere whilst waiting to be 're-qualified'.

This isn't to say that the original poster creates the above leads, but this is what we understand to be 're-qualified' leads here.

We find that our end clients prefer a single call from a UK centre, and transfered straight throguh to the applications team. But it does mean that they can be more expensive per lead. Depends what you want I suppose, cheap leads or high conversions....

I see alot of people seem to have some concerns about leads. I do understand this as its the same stroy i keep hearing everytime i ring a company to pitch leads.

First of all I am based in the uk.....we are NOT based in India, Cyprus, Turkey or South Africa.

We purchase old cold data and sieve through 1000's of records to re-qualify the ones that are still hot and live, then provide them to you real-time, this can be via email OR hot key.
We meet to specific criteria set by your company.

3 + creditors
DI £250pm
UK Resident
Not already on IVA
Must be struggling

but i would like to point out the criteria we work to is for what your company requires and the customers you want
