This statement is in regards to the complaint that was posted on Affiliates4U from an affiliate from OMG in October 2007. This is an unfortunate case that we find ourselves in. We have been working with OMG and various affiliates for a number of years now and have not had a complaint of this matter before.

The account manager at the time has left Only Finance and we can assure all lead providers out there that we are not out to undercut you or indeed anyone! The confusions occurred as there was a communication breakdown along the way. When we refer to quoted leads we mean leads that we are able to quote and not the actual lead itself. We employ this strategy so we get “proper” leads rather than volumes of fake applications.

We are a fair company with a rigid returns policies and clearly confirm these before accepting new leads from providers. Unfortunately on this occasion this lead was handled incorrectly and errors like this rarely occur.

As I mentioned previously the account manger has since left the company and we have a fantastic new team of people that carefully check and verify all our leads. Also, our bespoke new system assists us in validating our leads faster which enables us to pay our affiliates quicker.

We are a growing company and are always keen in building new relationships with good quality lead providers. I can only apologise on behalf of the Only Group of companies and look ahead to building new relations with affiliates.
