Not to mention leads get worked within 1-15 mins in most cases

Gotta love 123DS - Always pay out on time - And always call leads within appropriate time

Having worked with AMS, 123DS and Merchants Directly - I would deff send leads to 123DS & 123Advice from now on..

Is also good that you guys do backend on IVA's..Thinking of sending some leads through backend to test the waters..

Out of interest Lee, do you have figures on conversion to backend etc? Or are these private?

Lee, I think that the stats quoted include the hoax and duplicate figures, so discounting them the totals, acceptances actually increase!
