    Hi all,

    We arec urrently generating secured loan applications with ltv between 75-90%.

    Minimum loan amount 10k.

    Minimum income 15k.

    Full replacement/refund on no contact or not interested.

    Minimum order of 10

    Applications from £75 dependent on order size.

    Most Brokers and Lenders are looking for leads <75% LTV at the moment. Are you managing to shift these at £75? If you are, you can shift mine as well - you can have them for £40 and keep the difference as no Lenders have the products for high LTV clients during this difficult time.

    123 I find it difficult to understand how you can comment on anyones business when your 'company' is run from a dingey flat in a poor part of liverpool.

    Maybe your energy could be funneled in to other directions tp help you climb the property ladder.

    I have several clients that are more than willing to help someone out in your situation.

    i know alot of opperations that are run from home..

    mine is run from an dingy flat in Preston.. in a converted mill..

    i have grown from the bedroom and 2 advisors to the living room with 10 advisors..

    if u dont need to pay for an office why should you it means nothing for a successful business where you are based in.. if you have good insurance

    how many people work from converted terraced houses..

    maybe the FLAT/Appartment as i like to call it, is a new statement..

    cos lets face it the lower our costs the more money we make.. bonus..

    I take businesses run from 'dingy flats' much more seriously these days since my swanky offices led to us going bust. Why is there so much handbag swinging on this forum?
