nice merchant but ummm is that 45 Euros per sale as in a sale of a property ?

surely not.. don't mean to be negative, but if so that's the most insulting program I've ever seen, the spanish market is over supplied as it is so any sale is one well made but to offer just 45 euros where they'd normally pay thousands of euros to an agent (or is this an agent of theirs trying for bargain basement sales ?)

if it's per sales lead or inspection trip then it's still not amazing methinks but at per property sold that's got to run at an epc of 0.000001c per sale surely !?

also in view of Taylor Woodrow Promo and the £2k per friend referred commission, 45 euros seems a tad small
