Dear Publisher,

Thank you for your continued efforts in promoting the Goldfish program on Commission Junction. Unfortunately due to the acquisition of Goldfish Card Services Limited and Goldfish Procurement Inc. by Barclays Bank PLC, the short term marketing strategy has to be changed.

Whilst we develop our proposals for the integration of Goldfish into Barclaycard, our approach to customer recruitment activities is currently being reviewed. This means that planned activity in the short term has currently been placed on hold whilst we establish the approach going forward.

Therefore, we would ask you to pause all activity that you are currently running for the Goldfish card as soon as possible. We will set all publishers to expire on the 16th of April. As part of the review, we will be removing the application process from our site this month. As such, it will not be possible for any new accounts to be driven after this point.

Any applications already made in April will still be processed and accepted card commissions will still be honoured.

As soon as we receive further information about the product accepting applications again we will let you know.

Apologies for the inconvenience that this may have caused, we value you as a partner and look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Goldfish Update:

As from tomorrow afternoon (16th April at 5pm), all Goldfish tracking links / urls will be diverted to the Goldfish home page as opposed to the current Cards Landing / Unique Landing Page.

The following message will be displayed on the Goldfish homepage as from Thursday (17th April):

[Body Copy] We are not currently accepting new applications for Goldfish cards. However, you may be aware that we are now part of Barclays Bank PLC and we offer competitive cards under the Barclaycard brand.

It is therefore imperative that all promotion of the Goldfish Card is ceased from Close of business tomorrow (16th April) to avoid disappointment to the consumer and disruption to their online journey. Any resulting visits to the Barclays site will not be tracked.
