i think you might need to speak to lee about this one...(123debts)
Hi,
I would like to build a UK loan related website so that I can join some affiliate programs for promoting UK loans and remortgages.
My problems now are these:
1. I don't know how to get a wetsite with an online application form so that visitors to my website can apply for free quotes online via my loan related website.
2. Is there any loan affiliate network will provide me with this kind of 'add on' online application form to my website?
3. I don't quite understand how an online loan application form work out: is to capture loan leads by email and we then email these leads to loan brokers? OR the online form is being connected live to loan brokers and it will be send directly to loan brokers once the 'Submit' button is being pressed.
All constructive help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Ray

I came accross this website: Secured Loans | Apply for a Loan (it is not mine) and it is the kind of website I would like to have.

Hi,
There are a number of networks/companies who can provide forms that can easily be integrated within a web site:
In no particular order
Debt Management & IVA Advice in UK
UK Mortgage Leads, Loan Leads and Debt Leads - Leadbay
LeadPoint, The World's First Leads Exchange Marketplace
e-Financial Affiliates
The Affiliate Marketing School - Home
There may be others but that should get you started. Make sure you do your research into CCL licenses, FSA (especially if you plan on giving advice) and data protection act. depending on how you intend to promote these products and how you integrate them into the site will determine what you need in terms of the CCL, data protection etc
Hope this helps

Yes, and be sure to let us know when it's time to graduate.![]()
Seriously the school is great but now that they aren't able to accept debt management leads you may wish to use one of our iFrames.

Good luck and stick around the forum, there is lots to learn.
Hi everybody,
Thank you for all these very useful information and advices so far:tup . I have bookmarked all the loan related affililiate programmes recommended by you all and will look into them for further details. Special thanks to Stuart for his multiple recommendations.
Anyway, I have another TWO QUESTIONS here today and will need some good advices:
QUESTION 1: Why some leads are FAR much cheaper than the other??
QUESTION 2: What type of loan related affiliate product is the hotest and best to start with at the moment?
If unlucky, I might pick a bad one to start with and lost my pants to Adwords, Yahoo, MSN etc...
Regards
Ray
Keep going Ray cos I'm looking to develop a new loans site too after acquiring a new domain.

To answer your questions...
" QUESTION 1: Why some leads are FAR much cheaper than the other?? "
The payout per lead is usually determined by two factors, the potential conversion % of the lead and the potential profit available to the buyer. For example, unsecured loan leads usually convert very poorly, i.e. the buyer will only see maybe 5-10 sales for every 100 they buy, and even the ones that do turn into completed deals will usually only make a profit of a few hundred pounds. On the other end of the scale, a good secured loan program will convert at around 10-15% (10-15 sales per 100 leads bought) and a really decent lead could make the buyer as much as £10,000 in profit from fees. In order, this is an idea of a league table of financial lead types and their payouts, starting with the most valuable...
1- High value Secured Loan leads
2- IVA leads
3- low value secured loan leads
4- debt management leads
5- bankruptcy leads
6- unsecured loan leads for debt consolidation
7- unsecured loan leads for homeowners
8- unsecured loan leads for any other purpose
Payday loan leads are somewhere towards the bottom too, but I have excluded these as I have no direct experience with them myself.
This said, it's a good idea to have a buyer available for all the leads that you generate, because although you may bid on keywords that target say secured loan applicants, you may still attract unsecured loan applicants, and it's better to be able to sell every lead that your site generates than to waste a paid click.
This is only an overview, for detailed help and advice join up at the school, where we have as members several people who have been in your situation and have now become successful, and who are willing to share their experience and expertise for free. PPC in Finance can be a very expensive learning curve, which is why I strongly recommend getting plenty of expert advice BEFORE starting your education - it's much cheaper and less painful that way![]()
QUESTION 2: What type of loan related affiliate product is the hotest and best to start with at the moment?
See above.
I hope that helps, and wish you the very best of luck with it.

Michael, many THANKS for your valuable answers to my loan related questions. I will try to join your AM School over the weekend for further indepth 'education' on loan website and affiliate markerting.
millionpoundlake, thank you for your encourage. BTW your website looks good, but is it your intention to make it a one-page website?
Oh...! I have two more Questions here:
QUESTION: How much capital investment do I need to have in order to kick start with loan related PPC campaigns using SE like Adwords, Yahoo....etc.?
Where is the best place to find good keywords?

Also... can someone promoting (say via affiliate websites) loan related affiliate products (e.g. lead generation etc.) as an private individual?
I mean as someone who do not own a registered company.
I can't see the point to register as a company before any real money is being made beforehand.
Thank you first for all positive advices/comments.

Thanks eface123 for the compliment on the site but it is a work in progress and I definitely want more pages and some 'forms' for the various loan types.
I have put up a Central Capital Loans banner whilst I decide who to affiliate with for the CLICK NOW 4 LOANS site. (Assuming one of the big 'five' will have me)
Thanks everyone for your answers on what is proving an educational thread.

CLICK NOW 4 LOANS !

To answer your further questions..
The more budget you can spare, the better. At least a few hundred will be needed simply to generate enough clicks from which to make decisions - this topic is discussed in depth within our own forums, and your appointed school Headmaster will be more than happy to check over your site and campaigns before you start, to ensure that you don't blow it all too quickly.
We have a whole school forum section dedicated to keyword research, and with such a deep subject it's not something that I could reasonably cover in just one post. In general, expensive generic terms such as "loan" will bring you poorly targeted traffic that converts badly, whereas more specific stuff such as "debt consolidation loan for homeowner" will cost less and convert better. The terms that convert best of all are competitor brand names. Like I said though, these are just some general examples and my best advice would be to read extensively within our own school forum before wasting any money. The more you learn, the less cash you will burn.
And finally, you're right, to start with, just run your affiliate business as an individual. When you start to make some decent profits you can then get some tax advice on the best route i.e. company/sole trader.
Hope that helps, and look forward to having you as a member.

Hi, millionGBPlake
What are they, the BIG FIVE?? Can you let me know where to find them?
By the way, as an affiliate, do we allow to put different online Loan Application Forms from different affilite networks on a same webpage; or it has to be different Forms on different webpages?
(for example, it is against the TOCs of Google and Yahoo by putting their sponsored ads on a same webpage).
Also, please remember to update us about the progress of your new website.
P/s: Michael, thanks again for your further advices and useful info. I will be heading over to your AM School over the weekend.
Regards,
Ray
