develop it then sell it , worth more then
I've just noticed that even though my site Insolvent.org.uk - The IVA, Debt Management and Insolvency Website. » Insolvent.org.uk - dedicated to helping people in debt. has no content and is rubbish (to put it mildly) it still ranks 3rd in yahoo and on page 4 google for the term insolvent.
I've never tried any seo in my life so now im wondering whats best for this domain/site - am I wasing my time with a site like this or should I add loads of content and design the site better and see what happens?
I guess the alternative is to sell it as I think the domains quite good for ivas etc..
Any thoughts would be great.
Cheers
Russ

Hi Russ
Forget any of that.
Just place a couple of strategic text links or banners to our affiliate program and you can be generating revenue in excess of £300+ per month with very little work.
A little more work and that could quite easily be in excess of £1k per month.
See : 123 DS joins Affiliate Future
Or
123DS on AffiliateFuture.com
Thanks for the advice guys - i'm going to develop it a bit and see what happens.
Lee, in your opinion would the domain name insolvent.org.uk work for ppc?
I'm normally a ppc affiliate however i'm thinking that even though its a nice domain insolvent is a term that may put people off - hence the free traffic wordpress/seo style site rather than a ppc landing page.
I'd be interested to hear your opinion?
Cheers again
Russ
Hi Russ
Definitely.... Great term.. You should do very well with a domain like this for both SEO & PPC.
It is alot easier to rank a good keyword domain name on yahoo even if a site is not optimised well.
The only down side is you want to be targetting Google to get the real cream of the revenue.
Take Lee's advice and get some 123 banners on there or some simple iframe forms as you will make money from them quite easy.
Are you receiving much traffic then ? try StatCounter Free invisible Web tracker, Hit counter and Web stats to get free and in depth details of all your traffic, and you will be able to see how much of your traffic comes from yahoo at P3 / P4
Then try working on google
Good luck
