I hear that Welcome has pulled the plug on most of its introducers, does anyone know of a similar merchant that is excepting introducers?

Also whats everyones veiws on the credit crunch and how long it will all last????

It’s been a good few months since I’ve posted forgive me

I have been told that welcome are restricting / controlling the routes to market what that actually means is not that clear, probably a big cull. However, Welcome’s Parent company Cattles did do a rights issue just recently.

What sort of comparable product are you after?

P.S. the credit crunch is here to stay for the short tem… discussions with my peers and capital partners suggest perhaps a return in 09 but the funding environment has changed.

If you want to be more specific I’ll try and point you in the right direction

Thanks for the reply, I'm fairly new to this forum

well we are looking to place a combination of prime and sub prime business, due to the recent market changes the description of prime and sub prime appears to have changed somewhat! we are providing pay day loans and FLM loans but would like to include other merchants to our panel, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You're right the term sub-prime is alot cleaner than it used to be, from an expectation point of view you are really going to have to appreciate that.
