Secured Leads needed

Hi all,

New to this forum so please be gentle!!, I run a small secured brokers and we have recently given up on our "quality" lead providers so are looking for someone else to provide very high quality secured leads.

I am looking for the usual in criteria I.E Ltv <85% fulltime working or self employed, not really bothered to much about whether they are prime or sub prime as I can place most leads. Minimum loan need £10k.

Because we are small (at the moment) I am only looking for around 30 per week with the hope of converting 10/15.

I would prefer not to deal with Indian call centres for obvious reasons, and I am not really in the position to pay "silly" money for golden promises.

I can either pay per lead or do a back end deal of 50/50.

Gerard. I have just read your thread and its refreshing to see that you know how to do business. We are a private lender in the commercial finance industry however i recieve 50 mainstream requests every week ( REQUESTS ARE NOT LEADS THEY ARE REQUESTS FOR FINANCE ) and business is closed at 100% with a 72% compleation rate. I would be happy to give you as many secured loan requests as you can handle so long as you have an in-house underwriting team working for you. Iwill explain why when i speak with you.
