Hi All,
Hoping someone can answer a question, if I have say for example 3,000 sub prime loan leads that I have purchased (offline) as apposed to leads that have been generated online, am I allowed to submit these leads via my web site forms to the network?
The consumers have given permission for there details to be passed on to a broker etc
Thanks in advance

ok, worded the post incorrectly. What I have is data - they are all valid names, addresses and phone numbers and have applied for credit in the last 6 months. They have given prior permission for their details to be passed onto a broker/lender.
So in this scenario can I submit them via my web form?
I also have other data that have not given permission but plan on calling and asking if they still require a loan and do they mind me passing over their details to a broker/lender? then can I submit these?

Not many networks/merchants will accept leads in that way. You could ask... but I doubt you'd get much joy.
This is relatively old data so... a few things you could try:
1. Email your clients asking if they want to proceed with their loan to submit the form at www.yoursite.com/form to finalise their application.
And/or.... assuming you've registered with the DPA and hold a CCL...
2. Speak to your network(s) and ask if they'll accept manually entered qualified leads, if yes: qualify the data/leads by calling the clients, confirm they want to proceed with a loan and if so explain their application will be passed on to Blah Blah Loans & Co Ltd
As I say, it's a tricky one but there are things you can try to monetise the data you have.

Superb, thank you, lots of calls to make now...!
This is very old data, throw it in the bin. People look to remortgage within a month or two, three at the very latest. What you have is a bunch of people who already settled into their new mortgage repayments or have heard from countless other brokers since their original application.
As said above, these are not leads and you're already shooting yourself in the foot for not having LTV, age groups and other criteria. You have better chance selling this data to a marketing firm or striking a backend deal with a broker.

You can give the broker the data (providing the correct consent has been obtained) but in any case the broker would be breaking FSA regulations by calling them because the broker has not got express consent from the consumer to be called by their named company.

if the data has been TPS and they have given permission to be contacted then yu can make a bit of money on these
