We have availability for adverse remortgage leads. Our leads are generated from web enquires, outbound campaigns and 3rd party marketing. all leads are TELEPHONE VERIFIED through our call centre to ensure the details are correct and the customer is genuinley interested.

we have an online portal so you have a hard copy of the lead and the full details including arrears, CCJ's etc.

our retruns policy means you only pay for leads which meet your criteria.

because of the current marketplace we discuss and agree criteria wiht our clients to agree. our basic crtieria is 75% LTV, £15k income, Arrears, CCJ's, employed/self employed, UK mainland (No Irish), standard construction, no DSS assisted.
