our retruns policy means you only pay for leads which meet your criteria.

because of the current marketplace we discuss and agree criteria wiht our clients to agree. our basic crtieria is 75% LTV, £15k income, Arrears, CCJ's, employed/self employed, UK mainland (No Irish), standard construction, no DSS assisted.
