Well, it's quite clear, really. I make a parallel comparison to the corporate world for this. In order to get anywhere, it's not how hard you work, or how much you pay...it's who you know, and how much ass you are willing to kiss.

It could also be that Silvertap don't operate their own affiliate forum whereas AMS do and so are a competitor to this forum.
Networks having their own forum is quite rightly a commercial decision for Existem to make.
