Hi John, nice site.
Have you tried to find another lender?
Mike
Hi Guys,
We have developed a new site which is in the moneysupermarket, beatthatquote genre.
Our original plans were to market the site with the backing of a well-known secured loan lender, however, the current credit crisis/crunch and climate lhas lead to said backer pulling out due to internal rejigging.
The site boasts a huge range of products for each vertical and we had intended to promote the site advertisement-free. We are now considering our options as to where we go with the site.
We are open to genuine suggestions and any genuine business enquires.
Thanks,
John Anderson

Hi Mike,
When we originally designed the site and approached lenders we had a lot of interest. We are considering going back to those lenders who showed an interest but we want to keep our options open.
Basically, our plan was to provide said lender with all secured loan enquires for a fixed monthly fee. We would then use that monthly fee towards our online marketing for each vertical. Our plan was to recruit vertical sponsors for each vertical in the same way.
We are now considering our options, i.e. sell the site as-is, merchant-affiliate /affiliate-affiliate joint ventures, vertical sponsorship, etc...
Just wanted to know what you guys thought would be the best way...and listen to any genuine offers.
what sort of money we looking at to purchase the site?
Hi pfsltd,
We are open to (genuine) offers.
If you would like to discuss things further, please pm me or get in touch john@essentialmarketer.com or 0845 508 5008.
You should be able to find another lender. It could just be the company you went through. I would definately look into a new one, because I don't think the credit crunch is hindering lenders that much.
