Hi Everybody...

First, a bit of background. I run a company which is in the process of 'building-out' a portfolio of keyword-targeted domain names. Of priority are our finance-related names due to the revenue potential from lead generation that I've researched. Quite a few of the co's such as 123 Debt Solutions hit our radar long before I stumbled across this forum and as I see that most of you guys are active on here I guess I'm in the right place?!

We speciliase in building sites for mobile users so we're hoping to be able to provide new channels for you all... and hence my question:

In order to setup lead generating 'finance' sites I've read that DPA and CCL registration is required. I know a bit about DPA so am happy to pursue that. What's the story with CCL?

Any advice appreciated...

Hi Linden and welcome to the forum.

CCL is not required unless you are speaking to the client. pretty simple rule really.
