Commission split on finance leads?

Hi I recently starting running my own finance business providing mortgages, debt management, insurance, loans and secured loans, conveyancing, will writing and guaranteed investments.

I have already spent £1,000's on purchased leads, although I have a reasonable profit from this I have wasted alot of time on contacting people who are either not interested or are not in a position to get the product they are after. I am confident that I can save time and increase my profit margin with the following proposition:

I am willing to offer a commission split on any completed deal. This arrangement will be more profitable to affiliates as for example instead of getting £40 per lead you could get up to £800 or more plus any recurring profit made from the same customer.
