I have access to most of the car insurance merchants on many of the networks but cannot seem to make them convert.

Would it be rude of me to ask which car insurance providers do well in online conversions?

its a battle... but if you find the answer please let us all know!

you'll struggle to find a consistent perfomer, there used to be a few that you could rely on but now it seems there are too many variables that get in the way of consistent successful conversion.

As manager of the affiliate programme for Cornhill Direct, I can recommend signing up.

We have lots planned for the rest of this year, including regular and useful communication including updated product copy, banners and industry news.

For me, making our programme work is all about communication with our affiliate partners and as such, we as a business are committed to building relationships with our partners.

You can find out more information about our programme on our website Cornhill Direct Affiliates

I look forward to welcoming new affiliates to our programme!

    Hi lefthandedchopstick

Indeed I received your email and thanks for your comments. I am compiling feedback from a number of our affiliates as the first stage in giving our programme the boost it needs.

The first step is getting honest feedback from our affiliates, including you and many others.

Over the next few weeks you'll start to see some positive changes that I'm putting in place.

I'm happy to discuss in more detail with you, let me know a time and I'll get in touch.

    Nathan

    Hi Nomad

I can't really suggest why you're finding it difficult to convert without knowing what methods you've been using and which insurance brands you've been trying.

As other posts have mentioned, car insurance is one of the most crowded and expensive places to be online, so it won't be an easy ride no matter which direct insurer you choose.

Have you thought about the demographics of your traffic? Each brand will have a different core audience and some will be quite niche - e.g. for us that would be Privilege, where new customers have to have 4 years no claims bonus to buy.

Also there is some seasonality - January is always a peak time in insurance, as well as the months when new car registrations come out.

If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.

    Charlotte
