If you are not giving any advise yourself you do not need to be FSA registered.

Having found my place in AM I'm feeling a little braver now and think it's time for me to put one foot in the finance markets.
I was hopeful someone could perhaps offer me a bit of advice.
I've got a great little niche (I think), perfect domain name and have about half a dozen providers of the required product. As I'm new to finance though (it's a tough market :scared) my questions is this: I'm going to be promoting financial products, therefore do I have to be FSA registered or can I just cut and paste the product's copy supplied by the providers?
At what point do I have to register, or what do I need to steer clear of?
Thanks in advance

Can I ask what counts as advice though?
ie.
Is it ok to say "We have looked around and find x,y & z products ideal for ...."
or should I say "Below is a list of providers of ..."
.. and/or similar phrases
I suppose I'm just not sure on the definition of 'advice' in this context.
Hiya Bud,
I hope you are well?
If you aren't FSA registered you won't be able to recommend anything. You won't be able to say "these are the best deals....", "this is the cheapest insurance", etc.
You can't persuade people to click on your ads. The best thing is to ask the affiliate managers of the programs for some unique content, if they can't provide you with this then surely they could provide you with guidelines.
If they don't give me a shout back, I'll see if I can dig some up for you from some previous finance clients.
I hope this helps a little.
