Secured loan/mortgage leads Scotland wanted

Always avoided buying leads - pricing seems to be becoming bit more realistic given market tightness etc, maybe it's worth looking at.

Looking for usual secured loan or re/mo enquiries under 80% ltv
working min income £15k. Must be Scotland.

Also, a lead to my mind is something that is supplied exclusively, multi broker etc
is data.

Hi there

Following your post on A4U, we can supply both remo and secured loan leads (Hot Key or Email). Please see below our standard criteria and revised pricing:

Remortgage Hot Keys
Min Loan Amount £50,000.00
Min Capital Raising £5,000.00
Min Income £15,000 (excluding benefits)
Max LTV 75% (including redemption penalties and any existing secured finance)
Aged 21-64
No ex-Council flats

All leads are supported by daily reporting and a comprehensive Replacement Policy:

* Inaccurate Information (or out of agreed criteria)
* Not interested in the relevant product or service
* Dropped leads (where the prospect does not reach the destination advisor)

All calls are recorded and each prospect will be introduced to your company prior to transfer.

Secured loan leads have the same basic criteria but min loan is £10k.

Both varieties of leads are priced at £60 inc.
