The process works by the customer applying online for an unsecured loan. The customer is then called and details are taken including the loan amount.

The customer is then put forward for a loan and if declined, released as an Unsecured Loan Decline Lead.

All leads are passed on 24 hours after the application has been made and are contactable shortly after the customer has been informed of their decline.
