I've got one merchant who'll accept them, criteria is a confirmed lead and the consumer must be eligible for mortgage. Which in the current climate is a little stricter. Lead payments from £18-£125 depending on loan size and credit stature.

    Peter

Does this mean the lead is only accepted if the prospect can be placed with a lender? Please can you breakdown the criteria for the benefit of all.

Yes that is precisely what it means. Dont waste your time.

Leadbay may be the best bet although I believe your talking pennies rather than £'s.

The remo market is bang in trouble and you probably won't find a merchant willing to pay upfront. If they do they will run up credit and then go bump... Sorry but don't even bother wasting your time.

Pessimistic I know but in the remo market I have good reason to be.

No it doesn't mean that, it just means that the lead has to meet the criteria for the current market. For example leads wont be accepted if the salary multiples are too high, or the LTV too low. This is all dealt with through the merchants lead form, and will be paid for provided the visitor hasn't lied and is a real person.

AF look after the payments so no issues with payments from the merchant, and the longer form isn't affecting conversions.

Matt i'll pop the details across tomorrow and on here. The tracking is just being changed as their basic programme is moving away from a fixed amount per lead.

I've got a buyer thatg may be interested matt.

    Criteria is max LTV 75%
    Minimum income £15k
Must have some form of adverse credit
    Minimum mortgage amount £50k
    Minimum capital raise +£5k

They will pay on all leads that are interested in a quote and in criteria.

They are willing to pay £70 per valid lead and can easily take 200 a month.

Are these leads email generated or telegenerated?

All updates are given 24 hours after the leads are received.

    Hi James

    Hope you're well.
So out of 100 internet generated leads they will accept how many? 20 at best.... Avg £14 per lead. Why not just get them to agree to pay for every single lead provided at a fixed rate?

It's a load of bull, it is a nice way of saying they will only pay for a lead if they contact it, confirm all details, assess it, quote it and pack it out.

Guarantee that you don't even get paid for 100.

Over to you James to big them up and tell me how they are paying for 8 out of 10 of your leads.

    Hi Carl

I realise this thread is a couple of years old but noted your website in the post above. Can you confirm your price and criteria for remortgage and secured loan leads ?

    Regards
    Steve

    Hi Steve,
I have an abundance of leads all fresh internet and consumer survey appointments, under the current market conditions we are trying out a new business model.
I am looking for a few brokers with a proven track record, to take appointments and leads on a pay per sign up and completion basis.

    Its a no brainer really.

I want £100.00 per sign up for a remo debt consol with a further £100.00 payable upon completion.

Let me know if your interested and send me your contact details if you want to chat.

    Kind Regards Carl W.
