I own the domain name: cheapdeals.co.uk, which I registered in 1999, and which I have been told is a golden domain name.

Does anyone wish to use the name to quickly reproduce a similar site of their's that may already be established (with perhaps a less eye catching name)?

The "Cheapdeals" name would lend itself to loans and finance, but with the advantage that Cheapdeals does not have to be restricted to any industry.

Terms can be discussed, but I would envisage a minority percentage of revenues driven from the Cheapdeals site.
