Let me start by apologising, I’m asking a question which has already been asked. (See the link below)

    http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/f...ompliance.html

    Or I can summarise....

The thread above talks about generating mortgage/remortgage leads online, to the best of my understanding it says, leads generated for mortgage/remortgage purposes must've informed the customer; which mortgage company / broker, the lead generation site, has passed their details onto.

I listed one of my two questions on the old thread but here they are:

    1.
If re-arranging your site to become FSA compliant, just isn’t possible…
With the correct CCL in place, could a lead be followed up via telephone to be Hotkeyed onto an FSA registered Mortgage broker?
Using the telephone conversation to gain consent for the transfer of information onto pre-named company, therefore technically ticking all the boxes.
(On the basis the original source site wasn’t making unreasonable non-FSA-complaint advertising claims)

    2.
Insurance is also regulated by the FSA, so are the rules not the same?
I ask this question because I have visited a lot of insurance sites that do not offer the insuring company’s' name that they will be referring you onto at the point of completing the quote.

I'm aware a lot of FSA regulated companies don't 'appear' to follow the FSA rules due to them being written in grey (rather than black or white). So the rules are basically made by which ever compliance company you pay for advice from.

And a final parting closed question…
Does listing multiple customer options, in terms of insurers and mortgage providers, conform to the FSA rules - providing the details to the customer of the company you are passing their details onto?

In short, if rearranging the site isn't possible, then FSA compliance isn't possible.
