we @ Tetrus recently have been asked and had dozans and dozans of requests for Data/Leads of many aspects, which simply we just dont have a good enough source for, we require PPi leads, insurance leads(of any kind) and many many more.. (we would like to hear about anything you've got!)so please email me a list of your'e products and prices and we will be able to put these leads to a very good use. Real leads are much better.

Why?

Well, sure you can get tons of telemarketed leads for a cheap cost, but then if you are a brokerage or Lender you work like busy fools to achieve a completion rate of 0.5%..if that.

If you supply realtime, web generated leads, sure they are more expensive, but instead of the underwriters working like crazy fools, they work fewer leads that perhaps convert at 5%.

So, from a brokerage's perspective, quality leads, even at a higher cost are best. Who wants to work like a fool, afterall?

Just when I thought I knew everything about hot keys, along comes the one hour old hot key's.. delivered by email... Think you may mean email call back leads mate? A hot key as such, is named because of the transfer screen that the agent sees upon allocating a lead, to a client. It's like a shortcut to the receiving clients ddi.... What on earth email delivery has to do with it I really don't know... If I'm wrong then I'll put my hands up.

our hot keys is run and set up to deliver to the recipients e-mail direct from user ( telemarketers) input. so as i can see where your coming from and proberly the way i have described it as to the mis understanding, but i thankyou for your imput mate.

hi, just putting the feelers out there at the moment, we have the ability to provide independant quality control service for existing call centres, any product undertaken through an intergrated system.

the process would begin by the telesales staff or service advisor inputting the lead into an online portal, which would then be q.c'd by our staff to your specification and passed or failed, the reporting process would then be fed back to the call centre supervisor or manager ( as a reporting tool on each advisor ) and passed leads would be processed straight to your end user.

this would be of great benefit as a sales tool to potential new subscribers as offering an independant quality checking service.
