The Mortgage Meadow affiliate programme is increasing commissions across the board. We have recently revamped the site to improve the quality of leads that are received into the business. With the current climate the biggest problems we face are from people looking to buy who don't qualify for a mortgage. For example 12 months ago we could lend 120% of the value of a property, now people need at least 10% and in certain circumstances need 25%.

The new mortgage lead form, or as we call it the assistant will guide you through to make sure you qualify. We've been running this with a number of affiliates over the summer and conversions are still good. The form will only take a few minutes and it has cut out the time wasters.

The new commission is much better and relates to the type of client and the value of the loan they are looking for;

Shared Ownership £4

Prime means that the lead has a clean financial history. Subprime means they have had some financial issues in the past, this could be anything from a CCJ conviction against them to being made bankrupt. Self Cert means the lenders don't need to investigate the lead as they have a significant deposit. Buy to Let means the user is purchasing for investment purposes. Shared Ownership leads are deals in place where the leads will only buy a proportion of the houses, often with a local authority.

A lead will be validated provided that the lead can be contacted within 5 days, is genuinely interested in taking out a mortgage and has provided real details, we do get people who lie to get through the form. We are constantly working to improve this conversion rate.

Please note it wont be possible for people to collect the leads and put them through.
