Interesting article on Radio4 just now talking about the sub-prime boiler room stylee sales tactics some mortgage brokers used to push people into mortgages etc.

The theory goes (sorry i didnt catch all the details, someone started talking to me as I was trying to listen ) if you can prove your mortgage was sold to you improperly/ in bad faith then you can halt reposession etc and can perhaps get compensation.

SO.....what solicitors/law firms/ ambulance chasers are getting onto this now??
