Archie cant provide any details because we have never dealt with him, it just in words we were talking about a deal and he misunderstood something, he also sell database as i do, dont know what will he get by harming my business like this.

We have 15 million records of homeowners for sure and about 11 million which is a mixture of homeowners and tennants, You can let me know how many records you want and also we have a replacement policy if any number is dead wrong or if we send you homeowners data and any customer claims not to be a homeowner we will replace the free of charge.

15 Million homeowners?

I am sure that there isn't this many [up to date] (unless you would class all adults within the household a homeowner).

If this is the case, this would then render the data useless.

What further depresiates the integrity of the data is the very very low cost.

I sell this amount of Homeowner data for about £5,000 and this is still cheap to other leading providers within the UK.

Just thought I would add my 'pennies worth'.
