Hi James
Debt Solve is the only one worth even considering, although there is a better method...
Build it yourself... lol.
Good luck
Hi,
As per my title, I'm looking at the posibility of starting to offer clients a DMP service..
Have you guys had any experience in working with the following companies (or can recommend any others!)
- DebtSolv/Tigersolv
- Cubic Evolution
- DebtFlow / Sawfish Software
Looking forward to responses!
Cheers!
Hi James

Hi there,
Debtsolv - Does what it says on the tin, as client mgmt goes it's very simple and easy to use. Banking side (linking up with CMS etc) was a little more tricky but works. Steve, although quite eccentric, is very good at what he does but support is sometimes a little low on the ground. Can be integrated with a dialler quite easily too.
Debtflow - Can be made as bespoke as you like, the only trouble is you have to build the workflow, screens etc yourself (with their help) and this makes the implementation very long and very costly. Although the end product is far superior to most IVA/DM softwares I've seen.
Hope this helps.
Out of interest, what kind of money are you looking at for these software packages?
Hi,
If you are buying data and require a dialler to phone your leads, we can help.
We have a new type of dialler where you can log in online and call your leads using VOIP so it is extremely cost effective,
Check the website www. tetrus.eu for prices and info if you are interested,
Kind Regards
Hi
I can actually give you some real feedback on each of these software packages, I have been involved with all 3 and been a user.
Firstly Debtsolve, a very basic system in my opinion. Yes it does do exactly what it is supposed to but there was no help or support from Tigersolve. There is no real way to get any M.I. information out of the system unless you have specififc reports built for an exact purpose. It took 5 months for Tigersolve to look at my project request and they came back with very large project fees.
Secondly PDMS, this is a hosted system and therefore has an advantage over Debtsolve straightaway as there is no hardware to be purchased. But again I found that reporting was non existent and the guys at PDMS were very slow to respond to any of my requests. In fact certain reporting I was advised could not be done. A main issue with Debtsolve and PDMS is that there is no real help on hand as each has a very small team.
Thirdly DebtFlow, again a hosted system so no costly hardware purchase required. Having viewed the product myself recently there is now a standard DM package which you can have and as mentioned by another member this is a superior system compared to the other two, and from my costing no more expensive than the other two packages. There is now no need to build workflows as this has already been done and the standard package comes with many features which I did not expect. For my requirements, reporting and M.I., the system had very strong features in this area where the other systems severley lacked. All in all if I was to make a recommedation, I would (and I will be) going for Sawfish's DebtFlow product.

If I was going into DM I personally wouldn't used Debt Solve, it's not the only software out there.
Try these guys CaseMaster they will give you an online demo and are very helpful. I've used their Casemaster system and Debt Solve and this wins hands down.
Also, the customer service from Tiger Solv is pretty bobbins!
Agreed
We at Kensington DM have had it for years , and recently had a even larger DM co than ourselves in to see how the system worked
It pays to look at all the options , and whilst the other companies are more well known due a variety of reasons
I know the builders and designers , for reports and back office as well as lead capture
its excellent.
Please consider it (no I am not on commission) :-)
All these have their merits
Tigersolv/Debtsolv have got better more recently since version 12
The new look is streets ahead of the last version and they have hired more staff after being badgered for more support.
Steve is a nice enough chap, probably gives away too much but hey - I'm not complaining.
We had some difficuly getting all our commision reports from Tigersolv (different for each supplier), but now they include a Crystal reports viewer, so we can write all our own if we want - and we dont have to share info with anyone else.
I know debtflow dont print their own cheques, they sell an additional system for that. they also seem a bit expensive on their website - they claim their deal with Invocas was worth 290K ... the others are much cheaper than that!
