Something slightly different available so worth a post in it's own right...

Former Mortgage and Finance Database consisting of approximately 700,000 clients who have up-to-date telephone numbers and are all homeowners.

These clients were all finance clients of First National Bank or Lloyds Bowmaker and purchased either a Secured or Unsecured Loan over 120 mths paying 25.6% APR.

They have been proven to be creatures of habit and a high percentage when recently profiled for marketing purposes were found to have a high amount of unsecured credit and small mortgage balances as they seem to rely on credit cards and loans but the house is sacred.

I think this is ideal for any mailshot marketing for Secured Loan / Mortgage markets and also a fair percentage have now got themselves into difficulty with their credit so would be good for a Debt Management / IVA company to explore.

Any company with a predictive dialler or telemarketing questionnaire survey would benefit from this database.

Approx age of data - 200,000 updated last 12 months - the rest 3-5 yrs ago but has had cleansing.

Cost? Only looking for 1-10p per record depending on volume purchased.
