I have recently closed my Loan Brokerage which i have run for nearly 5 years. Iam now moving to spain in 10 days to start work for a marine sales company. Over the last 18 months I spent over £100,000 on data from various sources. I now have this data to sell. Before anyone asks I dont want to sell it in small bits, I have around 300,000 secured loan and mortgage decline records. They all come with name/address/upto 2 telephone numbers/loan reason and loan amount, however some have upto 15 fields including DOB, house value, existing lender etc etc etc.The data varies from 3 months to 18 months old and once I have sold it I wont sell it again.Thats a promise.I am happy to send a few records for you to test . I require payment in full before the database is delivered to you. All data is in Excel Format and can be sent on a CD or via email. Please understand Iam a honest guy and not on hear to cheat anyone, i have spent a fortune on this data over the last 12 months. I will only sell the database once and its on a first come basis and will accept £5000 plus vat for all the 300k records, until payment is received its up for sale. You know this is an absolute giveaway price, and the reason its so low is so theres no haggling and messing, i have 10 days before iam gone so time is of the essence. The data can be used for dozens of campaigns like re-mortgage,PPI,credit card charges,DM,IVA etc etc etc.....Please email me at info@seadoowatercraft.co.uk
I also have around 20,000 tenant loan declines as well which i will include with it.

Can I ask who you are? I only ask as I've just been imformed that somebody (you) are offering my data for sale and sending samples as well?! I have never dealt with a company called "Production Loans" before and wondered why you would have my call centre data?!

Please advice as this is a fairly serious matter!

What are you talking about ?? All my data is bought legimatly and can be proved it has as I have invoices for every single record. I suggest if you have a problem you pass it onto the authoritys and we will deal with it in the approriate way.
The best thing is I find it very strange how you say this is your data when i havnt given any samples out yet !! You must have physic powers >>>>>>>>>>>>
I presume this is just a ploy by you to put people off buying it, if thats the case carry on....

Sorry, but I have to get involved here.

One of my data agents is digital response media... This is a copy and paste of an email from the agent there.

The samples had a 100% file match rate to the stolen data, as did the remaining 400 samples. Now, this isn't to say that you stole them, but, they are in your database, of that I am certain.

Hope you both get to the bottom of this

Iam not being funny but i have had 11 emails requesting samples and the advert has only been on 1 hour. I sent you a sample of 100 which is what you requested 30 mins ago. You cannot of even rang the 100 i sent yet. I will send you another 400 now, please note that not all data comes with all the info like in these samples.
The 500 I have attached includes the 100 I previously sent.

Sorry, thought you were calling me a liar for a minute there... Please see the above. I will do as you suggest and go to the relevant authorities. I would suggest people steer clear of this data as it IS stolen.

That is a very good question. I have reported the incident to the relevant authorities as I am keen to get to the bottom of this. No doubt they will be in touch...

All my data has been bought from Legitimate data suppliers, the data in question which i sent out as a sample yesterday was bought From Halo data and i have called them this morning to question what you said Peracto, and they said they would love to here from you
You need to be carefull before you go accusing people of selling stolen data, its peoples businessies and reputations on the line, these are serious matters. You wouldnt like it if you were wrongly accused.

Hi I work in halo data an have searched our records an we have never sold any data to a company named production loans so i suggest they either trade as something else, or they have got the data through some other means, it would be wrong to suggest how at this stage, but if someoen from that company would like to contact me i am sure we can sort it out, or verify that it was purchased correctly.
