BMV is a below market value lead.

Where a consumer has a property that they are willing to sell quickly for below the market value (maybe due to family death, or impending financial mess - often due to relationships ending)

BMV companies offer consumers a cash price for the property (sold in about a week), typically 70% of the value... or they offer to buy the property and rent it back to you.

They are a complex lead to deliver as they are hard to find at first, and even harder to obtain within the required criteria... lots of respect to any company that generates these, they are taking good data and turning it into valuable leads.

We sell these for over £200 each - but in truth, they are overpriced - so I'd recommend buying from elsewhere!! Just make sure you only get them from UK gen centres...

Let's be honest, all due respect for Rob saying he's selling overpriced leads. But if he can get that price it's worth that price!

I say they are overpriced just because they are oversubscribed, not because we do 1000 a day and they are all sold out - but more like we generate so few that they are victims of oversubscription.

We are working on something at the moment (due for a more public release next week) that will mean we are looking at debt mgmt hot keys for £15-20 each (uk generated, fully recorded) email me if this floats anyones yacht.

I source BMV leads and package them for investors, however I receive leads from all over UK. Those i cannot deal with myself, I sell from £50. These are pre-qualified, web generated leads. If anyone is interested, drop me a PM.

Sorry a very silly question from a newbie - what are hot keys, Iseen them mentioned loads but not plucked up the courage to ask anyone what they are.....
