    Hi all,

There has been a lot of talk on here about "Naming and Shaming" and "I've been ripped off by...."

As Matt said it is difficult to have these threads available due to legal proceedings and not wanting to be sued for libel damages.

After being ripped off again by a company I decided to do a bit of research into claiming my money back.

I'm fed up of sending pointless emails and being fobbed off with stupid excuses.

If you feel you have been ripped off and have the relevant proof the link below will help you to start procedures to get you your money back.

    https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp

I hope this helps you out.

    Cheers

    Hi Mate,

Already had to use them against one company, going to be using them again this week against another who just fobs me off with excuses.

Why cant they just play fair? they must know they are going to be sued etc.

If you does use them dont forget to add the costs on!!!

    An insurance company eh?

You should have carried on supplying me.

Only twice have I not paid a company for there services on time.

First was for a couple of remortgages when I was really down to my last tenner (they did get paid just later than i'd have liked)

Second was a guy that was telling the clients that if they didnt take a quote he'd get sacked. I rang back through every lead and the ones that said they'd been told this I didnt pay him for. (His mistake not mine)

Anyway im glad they screwed ya lol you shouldnt have started supplying my competition.

No hard feelings though mate. Glad to have you back and hopefully this time for good
