Just wondered if anyone had looked at this wipe out your credit cards and loans.

Looked at it a month ago - was a bit put off by the need for us to solicit £450 up front from clients. Although guy I spoke to from claims management company was adamant that they had a high level of success. I have noticed that this is growing exponentially with providers jumping on this.

If anyone in affiliate land has a view I would appreciate it.

I have a very close friend who is due to get his licence next week so he can do this, he to is concerned about the large upfront payments and has modelled his business on doing a "no win no fee" basis. How well it will do is anyones guess though.

The main problem i can see with this business is getting the leads as you need the MOJ licence to provide them ( as far as i am aware)

I also think that it has been abit over hyped, with all sorts of promises being made to cleints, I would be very interested to see the actual number that are succesfull.

Isn't £450 about what it costs to go bankrupt?
