With the market tight and even seemingly simple cases proving difficult to get to offer - I wondered how many users currently run or have experience of running a centre that has moved away from generating mortgage and loan enquires and moved towards debt/IVA.

Just wondered whether anyone could share their views/experience good or bad.

Hi

We have always been a provider of mortgage/loan leads but in the last 6 months have added on Debt management and Life.

We have found DM quite a challange as we still do generate mortgage leads and they look very similar, also the scripting was quite difficult as the clients have to be finding it hard to meet payments on their unsecured debt, and lots of the cients will not admit to it.

I think lots of this will depend on your data as well and where it has come from, and if you are running it as a sole campaign just looking for DM or if your agents are looking for different sales depending on the client they are speaking to.
