Can you PM or post more details please. Interested.

Hello everyone,
Firstly thanks to all those that got in touch with me after my last post about non return dm packs etc.
As a qualified solicitor I am also now getting involved usuing my legal training in writing off credit card debt.
I think that we've all seen claims from companies stating that this can be done.
For those who are sceptical, let me convince you it's true. I've done it myself and have written of thousands by challanging the terms.
I am now going to offer this service nationally.
I will be looking for volume leads and so if anyone has data and they'd like to talk about commissions, then PM me.
Looking for any one with a loan or credit card issued before 6th April 2007. The card holder does not even have to be in difficulty.
I suspect each completed case to pay commissions of about £250.

Dont you need a Ministry of justice licence to supply these type of leads?
Loans, I can't PM you back as you've got a block on.
My deal in short so everyone can see and get the same one is:
For initial application I charge only £99 for each card or loan. I will offer £50 of that to the supplier.
I then charge a success fee of 12% of the amount written off. This is about four months of minimum card payments. I will pay 25% of this as bonus commission to the agent.
It makes each case worth about £250 for simply signing up a card and sending completed paperwork through.
You can operate under my authority.
I am happy to take further PM, and then supply company email details when I can send my sign up docts and contract.
Best way to write off credit card debt is through an IVA.
I pay £600 per IVA case. or £80/£90 up front for the lead.![]()
Lee, you have a job to do but the IVA model doesn't fit all.
Anybody with a credit card that pre-dates 6th April 2007 has an opportunity to see if the terms of the cards are properly set up. You do not need to be in financial problems to use this you see. If they do not comply with the prescribed rules you are entitled to have the debt written off.
Also if you are in debt problems and you can get some of your cards written off without damaging your credit rating such as you can then afford to pay the balance of your debt why would you not do so.

Thatch,
I'd be interested to take this further, as it would be an ideal fit for some of my existing site visitors. PM me if possible (I've already sent you one - it may not have got through).
Thanks,

With Iva it obviously messes up the credit score as a default will be registered once repayments stop.....are you saying with the t&c method you use that the rating is untouched as a result?
Jamesalex,
Under the CCA the lender if asked must send through a true copy of the agreement. If the lender fails to do this, or does so but the agreement has flaws, then it becomes in dispute as unenforeceable. Also at this point the Data Protection Act can be used to prevent defaults being applied, so getting the card written off, or at least in a position whereby it can't be pursued , would mean that it happens without a default as well.
