Looking for financial claims companies/solicitors/lawyers whom deal with unenforeable loans over 5k.

I am from a claims company who is looking for people to work on a joint venture to deal with clients that have unenforceable loans under 5k. Our company can deal with such claims for a % "out the back " with no upfront fee.
