Mike Wilde - Morgage Leads Online

Anyone know if Mike Wilde has gone under yet? Curious as we're at the final demand stage and just wondering if it's worth shelling out the 100 quid to actually finish this thing!

All i know is that he resigned as director on the 2nd december 2008.

According to companies house it is a guy called Andrew Jacob appointed 09/12/08.

Just to give everyone an update re Mortgage Leads Online/Mike Wilde...

Today, I have been and visited Mike's registered address in Rotherham.

1) Mortgage Leads Online have never traded from the registered address, this is where there accountants was previously based.

2) Having spoken with the accountants, they have advised me he is yet to even pay his accountancy fees and they gave me a forwarding address for him.

3) I visited the forwarding address, in Sheffield City centre, where I beleive numerous people have visited from A4U before. The receptionist did confirm that Mortgage Leads Online was trading from the address. They advised that they was "their one friday and gone on the Monday". Again without paying any rent etc.

4) I decided to visit the address where the company was first registered as the area is mainly houses/non commercial. Turns out that it's a very small office (With approx 5-6 desks). The company that is there now is an Insolvency Company!!. They rented the offices to, you guessed it, Mike Wilde but not under the name of Mortgage Leads Online, but under the name of "Swift Property Solutions Ltd". (Of which he is still an active director!)

5) Having spoken with the Director of the insolvency, the only forwarding address they have is the addresses I have already visited.

Other known information:

Andrew Jacob is now the company director, based in Sheffield - Ask for home address if required!

2 days prior to Mike resigning from directorship, the company received a CCJ for £6.5k

Mike's "home address", as per Swift registration details, is located in Worcester, not Sheffield.
