A small but fast growing Debt Help and Advice Company based in Altrincham are looking for an Freelance / Independent Debt Advisor to help out on an adhoc basis converting leads into clients.

Based in our office in Altrincham or working from home, the candidate will be expected to convert leads which come in via our network of websites and call centre into Debt Management/IVA clients.

Please note: These leads will be either live or no longer than 30 minutes old so an excellent conversion rate will be expected.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience within the Debt Management Industry and will be expected to work from a pitch that has a strict compliance procedure.

• This is a commission only position

• No cold calling required

For each successful lead converted into a client, the candidate will receive 50% of the first payment, which will equate to a minimum of £50 each lead and earnings are uncapped. The more you agree the more you get paid.

Part time opportunities available at weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to be their own boss and/or work from home.

Possible opportunity to move to a full time position with salary.

Just to clarify, There is no paperwork involved, i.e. sending out packs etc. We will handle all this. We just need someone that we can send leads to who can agree Debt Management or IVA's.

The process is simple. We pass you a lead via email or phone. You call the client, agree DM or IVA, send us a spreadsheet at the end of the day of the outcome. Once payments hit our account we pay you.

With regards to payment, the faster you can get the client to pay the faster you get paid. We will pay out once the client has paid us. Just to note; We are currently implementing a payment system to handle Debit Card payments.

i know a few bods that could do this, couple ofquestions before i get them to e-mail.

Lead expectations per day/logistics of the transgers i.e do they call from home?
getting paperwork out etc.

are you looking accross the country to create a network?

Hi Paulsdata,

Not looking to create a network as such just need a few reliable and experienced Advisors who can sell DM and IVAs. We small but growing fast. To be honest, dont want all the hassle of PAYE, NI contributions and all the other things that comes with employing people on a full time basis at this stage. Its so much easier if we can just send the leads to someone, they convert them into a DM or IVA client, send back to us, we process and do the paperwork and everyone gets paid!

Leads come via email or phone, and yes, they would call from home.

Have you thought of outsourcing the role?

You could obviously still manage and keep tabs on the person remotely due to the nature of the work however you could obtain a better calibre of person for your money.

Whilst i do not know the following person, this is the kind of person you could utilise...
