Does anyone know of any companies that sell/provide, lists of Investors looking for property. This is mainly for BMV portfolios of properties throughout the UK. We do not require leads for people selling property, just investors.

I have a marketing database of Investors which can be supplied for either mailing or telemarketing.

This database contains information collected from share registers of the FTSE 500 companies highlighting amount invested and types of shares held.

Approx 185,000 of these records have a share portfolio value of £250,000+. Almost all of which have a proerty portfolio and would obviously be interested in BMV property.

Firstly, without any risky of slander, IPT supply a complete pile of crap each and every time... the most consistent databases I've ever used, they have all been awful. I know that as I used to work there for a while, as did a few of my colleagues.... As soon as people realise how they run and capture their data, they leave. Now we've got that out of the way..

If you ping me an email to the address below I'll put you in touch with a supplier of ours who we use his data to create our inshore and offshore property investor hot keys. He has lots so I don't mind putting you in touch....

Meantime, IPT, seriously guys, give it a rest, spend more time ensuring your accounts are accurate then you would never have had to write off all that value in Jan 07.... clowns. There are companies that give others a bad name, but they are usually small, your lot is a large scale, badly run slave shop of clueless reps. Sorry, I don't usually vent, but its true.
