Mortgage market dead?

Hello,

I've had a couple of years away from AM, just recently getting back into things. I used to generate mortgage/remortgage leads, I'm just looking for someone to confirm that this is a dead sector and that I should target DM instead.

Given that, to start with, I'll only be generating a small amount of leads, can anyone recommend any programs that don't have a volume requirement? I was looking at either leadbay or leadpoint, but if someone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it

Nikki, mortgage isnt dead .. just a lot harder ..

looking at an LTV no higher realistically than 70% ( 60% ideal )

also for DM etc sign up with AMS
pay per lead , no requirements & best of all virtually no rejections (other than uncontactable / hoax etc )
