We have just launched a Personal Injury Lead program paying up to £45 per lead, but are struggling to obtain any volume.

Any idea what we need to do to make a mark in this market - is the payout too low, or are there just more buyers than sellers?

We're now paying up to £60 per lead for these - it really does look to me like a huge market with very little affiliate activity, so now is a great time to start. Please!

I remember looking at the bid prices in PPC for this market - they were huge, up around the ten quid mark and indeed for long tail much much more!
    Now with NEW! SHORTER! SIGNATURE!

Agreed that PPC costs can be high for this market, but there has to be a point where our offer makes it worthwhile. Bids in the loan market are similarly high, but it's still easy to make money by avoiding the obvious generic keywords and thinking outside the box.

It could be that there are already a lot of merchants running their own PPC, which seems also to be the case in DM these days. I guess we need to keep pushing the offer per lead up until it makes sense for affiliates to give it a go.

Would be worth it for the affiliate to do a deal on a back end on Road traffic accidents?

upto £300 maybe even £400 for example?

We have been offered similar deals, but in our experience most affiliates favour a fixed CPA over back end.

If anyone would respond to a back end offer, please let me know and we will be happy to oblige.

We do a fair few for one of our clients who are paying up to £18 per lead, so there is certainly volume out there.
